Start 2026 with our GLOW UP New Year’s Day Fitness Kickoff — the brightest, boldest way to launch your year!

Wear white or something bright as we light up the Y with black lights and disco lights throughout our spaces!

Facility Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 p.m.

New Year’s Day Class Lineup:
• Bootcamp — 9:00–10:30 a.m. (Flanagan)
• Cycling — 9:00–10:00 a.m. (Crippen)
• Barre — 9:00–10:00 a.m. (Health Studio)
• Zumba — 10:30–11:30 a.m. (Crippen)

Water exercise classes/pool schedule:
Shallow Pool:
⦁	8:00-9:00am Open/Lap Swim
⦁	9:00-9:45am Shallow Water Fitness w Kathy and Rebecca
⦁	10:00-11:30am Open/Lap Swim

Deep Pool:
⦁	8:00-8:30am Open Swim
⦁	8:30-9:15am Deep Water Fitness with Jenny
⦁	10:00-11:00am Aqua Jog/Nia Smash Kathy and Sheri

Adult Laser Tag: 8-11:30 a.m. Challenge friends, family, or even your favorite instructor in the Fortin Gym.

Silent Disco: 9-11:30 a.m. Enjoy some beats and dancing with your family in the TKG!

ChildWatch will be available for members on a family membership so you can enjoy the event stress-free.

These high-energy, neon-themed classes will be a fun and unforgettable way to kick off 2026. Let’s GLOW into the new year together!
