2/21 – Terminology, Tools, Reading a Pattern and learning basic stitches
2/28 – Basic Stitches: chain stitch, single, half, double crochets & maybe one or two more!
Practicing - tension
Practice by making a crocheted sleeve for your takeout coffee/tea cup!
3/7 – Start final project – beginner hat (baby, child or adult size or scarf (with or without fringe)
Supplies Needed:
Crochet Hook – Size I (5.5mm) preferably with a comfort grip
Yarn - at least a 4 ounce PULL skein medium weight LIGHT colored yarnacrylic, craft yarn is best for learning and practicing
Scissors
* You can purchase the yarn for your final project after the first class.
