Join Resilient Stories for a creative reflection workshop exploring emotional resilience and what helps us stay grounded through life’s changing seasons.

We’ll create a beautiful pressed-leaf lantern, decorating its panels with autumn leaves and natural botanicals, set against the warm glow of a candle. As the leaves transform the lantern, we’ll use the changing season as a metaphor for our own lives and reflect on what is shifting, what remains steady, and how we can adapt without losing ourselves along the way.

You’ll leave with a handcrafted autumn lantern to bring into the season ahead, and also with a reminder that resilience isn’t about being unaffected by change. It’s about learning that we can move through change without losing ourselves.

Because there will always be seasons we didn't expect.
