Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or your only stretching involves reaching for a a fallen toy, this private class is the perfect space to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself. After we find our zen, we’re keeping the good vibes flowing right down the street to 105 Brewery. 

P.S. You’re welcome to come to one or both activities! If you can only make it for the yoga flow or just want to stop by the brewery for a drink and a chat, we would love to have you.
