After touring the Round Barn, participants can drive to the other five barns in any order and stay as long as they like. Besides the Round Barn, the other barns on this year's tour are different from last year's tour. The Check-in venue at the Round Barn will be closed after Noon. The Barn Tour ends at 4 pm. The Barn Tour is held RAIN or SHINE, so dress appropriately and wear comfortable walking shoes. Most barns on the Tour are privately owned and are not usually open to the public.There will be fun and educational activities at each barn, including a timber-framing demonstration, living-history characters, and even live music from the 1800s. Arts and crafts vendors will demonstrate and sell their work in the barns, and food vendors will be at each barn selling their farm-related products for the guests.Explore the area's rich history as you visit various historic barns in Gettysburg and Adams County.
