The day is designed to help you reconnect with your own voice, clarify what matters most to you, and identify the first meaningful steps towards change - supported by a thoughtful and welcoming community of women.Who is this for?This day is for reflective, kind and purposeful women who:Sense a need for change in their career or life, but feel unclear about what’s nextAre highly sensitive or deeply perceptive, and want to navigate change sustainablyWant to reconnect with their own voice and make decisions with greater confidenceHave spent a long time putting others first and want to regain a sense of agency or identityFeel tired or misaligned in their work and are seeking greater meaningWork in leadership or professional roles and feel drained by current organisational systems, but want to act with integrityWhat makes this day different?The day will be held in a small, family-led wellbeing centre tucked away in nature, around an hour from London. The setting has been chosen intentionally - it offers the right conditions to step back, think clearly, and have honest conversations away from everyday pressures.There is no expectation to perform or arrive with answers. You are invited to come exactly as you are. Everything is gently structured and facilitated throughout, so you can fully engage without needing to manage anything yourself.How the day will unfoldMorningWe’ll begin with a guided coaching exercise to help you set your intention for the day and get to know the other participants. The gentle pace will allow you to ease into the day.You’ll then take part in a one-hour Pilates session led by Emma, an exceptional instructor whose classes are consistently full - for good reason. Emma has a rare ability to create calm, grounded and empowering experiences, where people feel supported throughout.LunchDuring the bring-your-own lunch break, you will have space to connect with others over food at the centre, or to enjoy some quiet time - there are plenty of lovely local cafés nearby too.AfternoonIn the afternoon, we’ll go on a 1.5-hour walk in the surrounding nature. During the walk, you’ll reflect on and discuss carefully-chosen coaching questions focused on change and the barriers that can get in the way, in pairs or small groups.This activity is weather-dependent. If conditions don’t allow for the walk, the coaching conversations will take place at the wellbeing centre. Tea and coffee will be provided.ClosingWe’ll end the day with a reflective session back at the centre, designed to help you integrate your insights and identify clear and meaningful next steps - without pressure to have everything figured out.This day is offered as a reflective and supportive space.
