Gyro Record Breaker 2026

I am pleased to announce the application has been accepted by Guinness World Records and Old Warden (The Shuttleworth Collection) have it now booked for the next Gyro Record Breaker. Please put the date early in your Diary as the flying season fills up fast.
SATURDAY JUNE 13TH 2026. I will post updates as we get nearer.

Suffice to say I am delighted that Old Warden are going to host this again and since the latest management board shuffle there, Old Warden is back to the free and easy space it was pre covid and the atmosphere there is friendlier than ever.

The Gyro’s were to say the least not that high on their agenda when we had our first Record Breaker in 2017, since the 2022 one though I have been regularly asked by staff, management and visitors there, “when will you do another Record Breaker”. So now they know and hopefully you will support us and we will beat the 2022 total of 71.
