As the festive season gathers pace, this is your invitation to pause — to find stillness amidst the hustle and bustle, and reconnect with yourself before the rush of Christmas.

In this nurturing session we’ll gently release the noise and busyness that builds at this time of year, creating space for calm, clarity, and presence. Through guided meditation and reflection, you’ll be reminded that peace isn’t found in perfection — it’s cultivated within.

Join me in this December gathering for a moment of true stillness and self-care — a whole hour completely focused on yourself and your wellbeing. You’ll also take home a small gift to support your journey through the season with grace and ease.

No experience needed and all are warmly welcome ?

Where: The Bigg Theatre, Biggleswade, SG18 0JL
When: Tuesday 2nd December, 7 – 8PM

Exchange: £15 per person | Spaces are limited | Booking essential

Bring a yoga or exercise mat, cushion and blanket if you want to lie down, or chairs are provided if you’d prefer to sit.
