Big Sur Foragers Festival Fungus Face Off 2026

We are excited to announce that the 2026 Big Sur Foragers Festival will take place on Saturday, January 24th, 2026!

To ensure everyone can savor the festivities comfortably, we are limiting attendance to only 200 guests. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can connect with friends, indulge in exquisite flavors, and celebrate the incredible bounty of our region. Fungus Faceoff

The Fungus Face Off promises an exceptional afternoon featuring more than 10 renowned chefs showcasing their culinary mastery, a curated selection from 20 esteemed wineries, and more.

Guests will embark on a gastronomic journey led by acclaimed chefs, each presenting unique foraged dishes that celebrate the richness of Big Sur's natural bounty. The collaboration between chefs and local foragers ensures a farm-to-table experience that's both exquisite and sustainable.

Wine Tasting Extravaganza:

Wine enthusiasts can indulge in the flavors of the region with tastings from 20 local wineries, enhancing the culinary journey with perfect pairings.

The Foragers Festival has traditionally served as a fundraiser for the Big Sur Health Center. The community's non-profit health center will receive the proceeds from the foraging events to continue to support the presence of local health care services in the Big Sur area.
