Friends, 
 
	It’s our pleasure to invite you to join us in a great day of fun and fellowship for the 10th Annual Nick England Memorial Tournament at the picturesque Lonesome Pine Country Club.  The tournament proceeds will go to the Nick England Memorial Scholarship directly benefiting ambitious and driven college bound students who want to make a difference right here in Southwest Virginia.
 	We have a full day of golf planned.  We will start the day with a hot, fresh breakfast and also will provide the main meal at the end of the tournament   We want everyone to experience golf the way Nick loved, a “straight-up” and “no junk” tournament, in his honor.  We will have various activities on the course including, but not limited to, closest to the pin contests, and awards for flight winners.  Not to mention, a cash purse of $1000 to be distributed to the winners (only amateurs eligible for purse money). 
     The support we receive from the sponsors and the golfers will allow this tournament to grow and become a great way to remember Nick and his love of golf.  We have enclosed a sponsor information form for those interested in taking advantage of different sponsorship levels. There are multiple sponsorship opportunities available in each category. Proceeds from last year’s tournament and fundraising efforts allowed us to established endowed scholarships that will benefit college students for years to come.  Your continued support will allow us to build upon these scholarships and serve a greater number of students.  
     We have been blessed beyond measure by the outpouring of support of this great community.  My family and I are beyond grateful for your support.  Please help us honor Nick via the scholarships we will be awarding to deserving young adults from this great community.  We look forward to seeing you on September 18th, 2026 at the Nick England Memorial Golf Tournament.
