Sound Bath with Lily

Lily will guide us into a state of calmness and clarity. As she plays the crystal singing bowls, they produce specific frequencies that target the body’s energy centers, providing ease and unblocking the stuck energy within the body.
This opportunity to loosen and relax will allow the body to re-establish balance and harmony at a vibrational and energetic level. For when the body and mind are given space to drop into peace, cellular regeneration begins to take place.
