The HTRA 'Year End Banquet' is just around the corner!! Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 8th; Social Time @ Noon, Dinner @ 12:30pm, and Meeting/Awards @ 1:00pm. The banquet will be held at Norwich Township Hall, 7213 N. Cypress Avenue, Big Rapids, MI 49307.

The banquet dinner is potluck style; main dish is pending.  HTRA is requesting members bring a dish to pass for side items and desserts, and HTRA will provide the main dish and water/coffee.  Members can list their potluck dish in the comments.  Please RSVP for the banquet by Monday, November 3rd so we have enough time to purchase the entrees. 

The banquet is free for paid members.  Guests may attend the banquet and pay $10 the day of the banquet.  When you RSVP for the banquet, please indicate how many people are attending.  You may confirm your attendance to the banquet by sending an email to: (hungerfordtrailriders@gmail.com).

The membership meeting is part of the banquet.  We will also hold an election for two board positions that terms are due (President and Treasurer) during the meeting.  If you would like to nominate yourself or someone for a position, please indicate your nomination in your email.  Voting will take place via paper ballot and collected by a board member.

HTRA merchandise available for sale at the banquet, 50/50 drawing and door prizes.

Let's welcome new faces and returning members as we get excited about next year!! The 2026 Membership applications will be accepted at the meeting.
