So often we look back at past versions of ourselves with judgement, regret, and shame. During this workshop, we will practice something different: witnessing, honoring, and integrating the women we once were without needing to fix or rewrite our story. Through guided reflection and meditation, gentle Reiki healing, prompted journaling, breathwork journeying, and gentle movement, participants will be invited to reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been forgotten, misunderstood, or left behind - and to offer those parts compassion and belonging. This workshop is not about reliving trauma or forcing emotional release. It is about softness, self-respect, and remembering that every version of you was doing the best she could with what she had. This is a woman-only space, intentionally created to support emotional safety, shared lived experiences of being a woman, and deep self-compassion.
