Through a blend of nature connection, mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, sound, and energy-based practices, this experience offers an opportunity to settle the nervous system, awaken the senses, and discover what becomes available when we stop trying so hard to figure everything out.

Leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to what matters most.

Guided by Amy Miller-Strand, founder of Rising Phoenix Wellness, this experience draws from her background in bodywork, breathwork, sound healing, Energy Somatics, and Spinal Energetics. Inspired by her own experiences in nature, Amy believes that some of life's most meaningful insights arise when we create space to pause, listen, and reconnect with ourselves.

Sundays, 6-7pm
