Christmas 4X4 Fun Run in Big Bear and Toy/Gift Drive
on Saturday, December 13th at 3pm
Get ready to roll on a Fun Family Friendly 4x4 Christmas Run through the Big Bear area. Please decorate your rigs with Christmas lights, wreaths, inflatable’s etc. Let your imagination go crazy.
This run will be for show and to spread Christmas Cheer. We will be on pavement for this Christmas Fun Run, so no need to air down.
Join in on the fun on Saturday, December 13th starting at 3pm.
We will meet up BEHIND Moonridge Coffee located at 42646 Moonridge Rd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 in the very large dirt lot.
Plan on staging your 4x4’s for a fun lit up Christmas Run between 3pm and 4pm.
Part of the joy of Christmas is to be able to help others that may not be as fortunate as you. Please plan on bringing unwrapped toys or gifts worth at least $10 for children and teens up to 17 years of age.
The toys and gifts will be distributed to various local Big Bear nonprofit agencies prior to Christmas. Your donation will get you 1 raffle ticket for every toy or gift donated. Yes, we will be having a raffle prior to our Christmas Fun Run.
The owners of Moonridge Coffee, Rob and Michelle McCoy have graciously offered to provide cookies and hot chocolate to all participants. A band will also be playing tunes while we socialize and get to know each other prior to our Christmas Fun Run around the Big Bear Valley. Who knows, Santa may even show up.
At 4pm we will gather to have our raffle, followed by our drivers meeting. Wheels will start to roll at 5pm, as we go through the village, over the dam and on to the north side of the lake, passing though Fawnskin as we head east and circle back around to the south side of Big Bear after going through the Baldwin lake area. We will finish back up at the same place we started.
Who’s in on the fun? Please RSVP that you will be going with how many will be in your group on the event site so we can have enough cookies and hot chocolate available for all.

An added caveat for after the fun run is that you are in Big Bear and there is always so many fun things to do and see.

2) Festival of Lights is going on throughout Big Bear Valley. Homes and Businesses will be competing for your votes as best decorated for the Holidays. We will have maps/voting cards of the homes and businesses that are competing for your enjoyment at Moonridge Coffee shop. Drive around with your decorated jeeps while viewing and casting your votes. Don't forget to turn in your voting cards at the Big Bear Visitor Center for your votes to be tallied in the competition.
3) The Big Bear Alpine Zoo/Rehab center is on the corner from Moonridge Coffee Company, and they are currently having their Wild Lights festival.
4) Big Bear Village is always a great place to walk around, grab a bite to eat and do some Christmas shopping.
