Woolsery YFC do not officially endorse any modifications to participating vehicles that violate; 'Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations (1989)' or 'Road Vehicle (Construction and Use) Regulations (1986)'. Drivers assume full responsibility for compliance with this and the roadworthiness of their vehicles. This will be outlined in detail on the waiver.
