Lets gather to dance together ? 

? This is an opportunity for conscious, free flow, unguided dance expression and meditation through a mindfully curated, eclectic playlist of high vibration music chosen to facilitate a journey of relaxation, rapture, release and returning to our bodies.

? Feel free to bring your hand drums, shakers and poi.

? Please bring a dish of 'finger food' to share if you feel to, your water, a mug for tea and a warm layer for after.

? This is an intentionally alcohol free evening, herbal teas are provided.

? There will be a quieter space separate from the dancing in which to rest, share food and chat with 30 mins before and after the dancing for connecting.
