Join me for a rejuvenating sound bath on Sunday! Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of singing bowls, and other instruments, promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing.

Time: 3pm to 5pm

Location: Castle Community Centre & Gardens, Torrington.
