Whether you’re already on the Torridge Lifestyle Programme or just curious, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Each session is a chance to try new food, share your progress, and chat with others on the same path.

Every session brings a new theme – from speedy dinners to batch cooking and low-carb lunchboxes – so there’s always something fresh to inspire you.

This isn’t a funded programme – it’s something Donna believes in deeply. She runs it freely, provides all the ingredients for free, cooks from scratch, and pours in time and care because it works – and it matters!
