OUR NEW COUCH TO 5K STARTING

If you’re looking to get fitter, or want to get back into running, then look no further than joining up to our new C25K group.

This is an 8 week structured course on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm

The cost is £25, which includes a full years membership to Just Jog Bideford, a club C25K shirt and a medal on completion of the
course.
After the course has finished, you can then either join a 5-10K course free of charge or if you prefer come and join our main group training nights - where we have 6 all inclusive different paced groups, so there's a group for all abilities!

Everyone is treated equal - whatever your pace!
