Bideford 10k 2026

Run the Bideford 10k and support Children’s Hospice South West! Runners of all abilities are welcome and will receive a 2026 medal bespoke to each of our races as well as a t-shirt. The course starts and finishes close to the Bideford Amateur Athletic Club clubhouse taking in the views of the Taw and Torridge estuary between Bideford and Instow. The course heads out on the road on Instow and returns on the Tarka Trail. It is moderately flat with only two small inclines.
