This event is designed to bring together municipalities, organizations, and communities from across Southern Maine in support of collaboration towards meaningful local climate action, from planning to implementation.Event DetailsDate: Wednesday, November 12th, 2025Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (morning refreshments and lunch provided)Location: University of New England - Harold Alfond Forum, Room 283.Free parking is available in the large lots adjacent to the Harold Alfond Forum. If navigating via GPS, enter: 630 Pool Street, Biddeford, ME 04005 to be directed to attendee parking.AgendaWorkshop session topics will include regional grid resilience, nature-based strategies for coastal resilience, local climate policy and ordinance development, and more! Full agenda coming soon.Registration FeeTo help cover costs of organizing this event, we kindly ask attendees who are attending on behalf of a municipality or organization to pay a $30 registration fee. However, this registration fee is not intended to serve as a barrier to community member participation, or for municipalities and organizations with limited budgets.
