Sara’s journey began in 2010 when she first stepped into her role as a licensed Zumba Instructor and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. What started as a love for movement and vitality soon expanded into a calling to guide others toward wholeness that reaches far beyond physical fitness.

Her path naturally unfolded into the realms of holistic healing and spiritual practice, where she discovered the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. Today, Sara is a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Shamanic Reiki Master, and Sound Healer, offering heart-centered practices that awaken vitality, balance energy, and restore harmony on all levels of being.

Through the healing vibrations of sound, sacred Reiki energy, and shamanic wisdom, Sara creates spaces where deep release, realignment, and soulful transformation can occur. Her work is a fusion of movement, spirit, and stillness—a true celebration of the interconnectedness of life.

When she is not holding space for others, you’ll often find Sara immersed in the medicine of nature—hiking mountain trails, kayaking across still waters, foraging in the forest, tending her garden, or simply reading beneath a tree with a warm cup of tea.
