You'll be guided into stillness, creating space to step away from the busyness of life, softening the body and quietening the mind.Whether you’re completely new to sound baths or already enjoy sound therapy, this session is open to everyone. There’s no experience needed - simply come as you are.What to expect:? A grounding guided meditation to begin? Space to set a personal intention? A relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls & other instruments? Time to rest, breathe and be presentWhat to bring:A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (chairs can be provided please contact me to check beforehand)A blanket/extra layersA pillow/bolsterEye mask (optional)Before your session:? Please arrive from 7:20pm to give yourself time to settle in and get comfortable? No prior sound therapy experience is required- simply come as you are? Limited spaces may be available to pay on the door, subject to availability. Please contact me before the event to check. £15 cash on the door (no card facility available)?
