- **Event Description**: Join us for our child friendly Bicester Networking meeting for Business Mums. In January we welcome Katie Simmons, of ReframeCBH, a Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapist who will be talking about Releasing the Impact of Tension.

Katie is a Mid 50’s Mum of 4 young adults (one complex SEN). She never knew what I wanted to do for a job and had always just fallen into roles. Retail, Banking, Office, Tesco, Teaching Assistant…
In her 40’s Katie completed a OU Psychology Degree. Over the bridge between her 40’s and 50’s and she completed a second Foundation Degree in Therapeutic Work with Children and Young People to maximise her skillset in her role as a Therapeutic Support Worker. For the last 11 years she has worked within a Secondary Special School in Oxford, supporting young people mainly with ADHD, Autism and Social Emotional and Mental Health needs, to access school and education. Katie loves her job but it is physically and emotionally exhausting..!     

A couple of years ago Katie realised that she couldn’t keep going until retirement age so spent some time looking for a suitable change of career. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy kept coming up and then she found the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy who combined CBT with Hypnotherapy… and here we are.
