Join us at the JCC for a heartwarming night of creativity and community support! In this special glass fusing class, you’ll design your very own fused glass birdhouse mounted on a 2-foot garden stake, perfect for adding a touch of art and color to your yard or flower bed. This event is a fundraiser to benefit the JCC, and your participation directly supports local programs and community initiatives.

? Project Details:

Design a colorful fused glass birdhouse silhouette on a pre-cut base

Mount your finished piece on a 2-foot black-painted metal stake (included)

Suitable for flowerpots, garden beds, or outdoor display
? What You’ll Learn & Use:

How to cut and shape glass safely and creatively

Use of opaque and transparent colored sheet glass
Techniques with glass powders, stringers, marbles, lace, and handmade dots

Design tips for layering and adding texture to your birdhouse
Access to a massive assortment of hand-crafted glass accessories made in our studio

All materials provided — just bring your creativity!

✨ No experience necessary — this class is great for beginners and children too!

?️ After class, we’ll take your birdhouse back to our Vestal studio to be fired in the kiln and securely mounted on your stake. Please allow up to 3 weeks for firing and finishing.

? Pickup will be at Jablon Studios only — we will notify you by email when your project is ready.

? No refunds. If you can’t attend the event, you're welcome to complete your project during any of our six open studio sessions per week at Jablon Studios.
