Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Bhujratri

1. All Passes are Non-Refundable – Once purchased, passes cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for any reason (including change of personal plans, illness, or any other circumstances).
2. Event Postponement – If the event is postponed due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., government regulations, extreme weather), your pass will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
3. Event Cancellation – If the event is fully cancelled by the organisers, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
4. Pass Transfer – If you cannot attend, you may transfer your pass to another person by notifying the organisers at least 48 hours before the event date.
5. Entry Rules – Pass holders must follow all entry & security guidelines; failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
