As if remembering them is holding us back, rather than being a part of how we love them still.Meet & Grieve is a community for people who have lost someone they love. Not a therapy session. Just a small group of no more than 10 people, meeting weekly in Gurugram, to do two things: remember the people we've lost, and talk honestly about what grief is actually doing to us.The sleeplessness. The anger that comes out of nowhere. The guilt about having a good day. The moments when you reach for your phone to call someone who isn't there anymore.This is a room where all of that is welcome. No therapists, no advice, no silver linings. Just people who understand, because they're living it too.
