The Great Escape (1963)
This July, the Drexel presents “Epic-tionary,” a program bringing you three classic films that must be experienced on the big screen.

THE GREAT ESCAPE: This thrilling World War II adventure tells the true story of Allied POWs planning a daring escape from a German prison camp. Steve McQueen stars as Hilts, the cool, rebellious leader of the Allied squad. Charles Bronson, James Garner, Richard Attenborough, James Coburn, Donald Pleasence, and David McCallum co-star in this suspenseful tale of bravery and heroism.
