Join us for an evening of sound and meditation as you unwind and listen to soothing sounds and vibrations created by instruments such as singing bowls (both Tibetan and crystal), gongs, chimes, and a drum.
The vibrations work on both a physical and mental level, encouraging the brain to shift into a slower, meditative state associated with deep relaxation, calm and sleep. This process can help ease stress, quiet the nervous system, and create space for emotional balance and inner awareness.
Choose to comfortably lay down or sit in a chair. We ask that you bring your own yoga mat or similar to lay on, a blanket, cushion/s, eye mask (optional), crystals (optional) and water.
The session begins by guiding you through a meditation to get relaxed and settled. You will then be bathed through a journey of sound, finishing with a card of guidance. You are welcome to stay longer for tea and chat with like-minded souls.
The session is focused on bringing a like-minded community together that share compassion and support, allowing this time for you to unwind and spend quality time for yourself and your wellbeing.
