Soma Dance & Sound Bath

Experience an evening of movement and free expression, with the vibrant sounds from our live DJ. Soma offers a unique opportunity to connect with your body’s natural movement, allowing you to let go and unwind, releasing any tension or stress held within. It helps the nervous system by offering self-regulation through movement and followed by stillness.
You will then be immersed with a soothing sound bath that takes you on a transformative journey of relaxation and harmony.

You will need to bring a yoga mat or similar, blanket, pillow/s and water.
