- **Event Description**: We are excited to bring you our new Mindful Meditation Evenings starting on Friday 12th September 2025. The evening allows you to release and let go of the day or weekly stresses while inviting presence and relaxation.

The session follows on from our Candlelight Sound Meditation at 7.45pm where you can choose to do either of the sessions or just one. 

Our Mindful Meditation session is a journey and process that is open to all, that invites the integration of mind and body through breath, awareness and stillness. A Body Scan Meditatation provides the appreciation of many benefits which may include:
