Join Tansy (Founder of Turning Tide Pilates), in the main former café building (which is fully heated), at 10am for an invigorating ‘Power Pilates’ class, all levels are welcome.

This class will get your heart rate going and your sweat flowing!

Following this, we are running wild swimming sessions on both the 21st of December and the 4th of January at either 11:30am or 12:30pm.

Joseph our lifeguard will be there to keep everyone safe,

but please only book on if you’re an acclimatised winter swimmer.
