SCOTTISH SMOKED SALMON AND DILL MOUSSE served with a cucumber garnish and oatcake
SCOTCH EGG with a whisky chutney 
TRADITIONAL SCOTCH VEGETABLE BROTH served with crusty bread

A wee dram 
A whisky to toast the haggis.

TRADITIONAL SCOTCH HAGGIS served with baked neeps stack, tatties and drizzled with a whisky cream sauce
CULLEN SKINK PIE smoked haddock and leeks in a creamy white wine sauce topped with tattie-mash served with green beans 
BEETROOT WELLINGTON served with new potatoes & trio of vegetables

TRADITIONAL SCOTTISH RASPBERRY CRANACHAN whipped cream, fresh raspberries, oats & whisky all mixed together
