What You'll Learn
Over four progressive sessions, you’ll develop:
Forward, backward and sideways paddling
Efficient paddle technique using your core
Support strokes for balance and stability
Turning skills (forward & reverse sweep strokes)
Bracing to help prevent capsizing
Draw strokes for precise sideways movement
Safe capsizing & recovery techniques
Wet exits and assisted rescues
