Join us on Wednesday 22nd July in the magical Walled Garden of the Arboretum, where families can come together to celebrate the beauty and abundance of summer through movement, creativity, and connection.

 

Laura teaches yoga to children using The YogaBears.

They gently support physical, emotional, and inner development through playful yoga, breathwork, and imagination that focuses on specific chakras throughout the body.

 

✨ This week, meet Mula the YogaBear ?

Mula is connected to the Root Chakra, reminding us how important it is to feel grounded, safe, and supported.

When our root chakra feels strong:

? Our bodies feel anchored

? Our minds feel calm

? Our hearts feel open


Just like the tree on Mula’s tummy, when we are rooted and grounded, we can grow with confidence and joy. The yoga poses you’ll explore around this chakra are Tree Pose & Mountain Pose

 

This special Summer Sun Dance Session includes:

✨ Family yoga and breathwork

✨ YogaBears for playful connection to chakras

✨ Crystals and nature-based exploration

✨ Nature crafts and mandala making

✨ Music, movement, and dance

 

Together, you’ll connect mind, body, and the natural world, surrounded by the calming sounds of nature — birdsong, rustling trees, and flowing water from the garden fountain.

The session is £15 per family (1 adult + 1 child, ages 0–12), additional children are £3 each.

Participants can also enjoy reduced admission to the Arboretum for the day — just £7 per adult and £2 per child.
