Walking Club

Join us for our Walking Group starting October 6 at 10 am! Classes are one hour for six weeks on Monday! Motivate yourself to get into great shape, walk safely and comfortably, improve your flexibility, strength, and stamina, reduce pain, and feel great. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk with Ease! Location: Beverly Library 300 McIntosh St, Beverly, OH 45715.
