Join Sweetie Pie Culinary's Chef Rachel Gooding for the first of four summer cooking demos at Beverly Athletic Club! The goal of each class is to help you build confidence cooking without a recipe. This demo will teach you the basics of building healthy, flavorful bowls. We will review portion sizes, different types of grains, and the principles behind creating flavorful dressings.
