We will follow the healing circle with the calming mindful art of painting pottery! ??? ✨Woman are going through so many changes right now and we need to support each other through these times more than ever. We’ll learn various mindful ways to excel on your healing path. Bring any crystals to cleanse, charge, and set some new intentions! ?✨? ✨In this month’s circle, we will be at ArtSea in Beverly Hills, near Homosassa. We’ll have healthy small bites, lemonade, tea, water, & a healthy dessert. Also everyone will paint their own piece of pottery! ✨?✨ This will be a journey of inner exploration, connection, & healing! ❤️‍? The ceremony: ✨We will open our sacred space with guidelines on what to expect & a short meditation & energy cleanse. ✨Then transition into introductions of how we’re all connected. ✨ Healing circle with specific topic ✨We will follow the circle with painting pottery to practice the healing benefits of mindful arts & crafts! ??? This event is held at Art Sea! Important Details: Limited space available so make sure to RSVP to save your spot! $22 donation per person before the event then the cost of your pottery piece at the event.. includes healthy snacks, teas, lemonade, water, a healthy dessert, healing circle, energy cleansing, & meditation! About the Facilitator: Betty Mae is the host, and founder of Sisters of the Moon. She’s studied mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, psychology, and yoga for more than a decade now! She’s even traveled as far as Thailand, Greece, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico for her studies. She is certified in MBSR and a certified yoga teacher, as well as beginner certified in sound healing.
