His journey began as a Buddhist practitioner, where he learned meditation and completed his precepts at the Soshimsa Zen Center in New Jersey. This spiritual foundation led him to extensively study sound therapy and auditory stimulation.Nicolas holds certifications in singing bowl sound therapy from the Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School and attended the Integrative Sound and Music Institute program at the NY Open Center. He is also certified under the Auster Sound Method (ASM).
