Light in the Darkness: Grief at Christmas

"Light in the Darkness: Grief at Christmas” is a gentle, two-hour workshop offering support, reflection, and creative expression for anyone experiencing grief, whether through the loss of a loved one, a relationship breakdown, a shift in identity, or other life changes.

Through guided meditation, reflective activities, and journaling, participants are invited to explore and share their grief in a safe and nurturing space. You will have the opportunity to decorate your own journal using mandala techniques, creating a personal tool for ongoing reflection or memory keeping.

This workshop is designed for anyone who may feel anxious or unsettled during the run-up to Christmas, when celebrations and festive cheer can make grief feel heavier or more isolating. Participants will leave with comfort, a sense of community, and practical tools to move through the season knowing their grief can be witnessed and held without fear.
