The Lou - Fundraiser Workout for ALS

Our gym is proud to join The Lou—a workout created to honor Lou Gehrig and raise awareness and support for those affected by ALS through the Live Like Lou Foundation.

On January 31, 2026, our athletes will take on 44 rounds of teamwork and grit—4 wall balls, 4 pull-ups, 4 burpees, and 4 dumbbell snatches per round. We’ll split the work as partners, but the mission unites us all: to honor the 30,000 people in North America living with ALS and help fund critical scientific research and family support.

Lou Gehrig’s legacy reminds us that strength is more than physical. ALS may rob people of muscle movement, but The Lou allows us to move for those who can’t and to raise funds that bring hope to the ALS community.

We invite you to support our gym team as we sweat with purpose. Every donation helps the Live Like Lou Foundation support families, fund early-career ALS scientists, and raise awareness for Lou Gehrig’s disease.
