We’re celebrating America’s 250th anniversary the only way we know how: with a MOUNTAIN of pasta. The Bethlehem RTC presents a very special Macaroni Mania: the Yankee Noodle Dandy edition for 2026. The only event where calling it macaroni is actually encouraged!!

Come fill your plate with 10 amazing dishes at Memorial Hall for the fundraiser of the century. We’re talking ALL the carbs for a great cause. Local home & restaurant chefs alike are bringing the flavor, and you’re bringing the appetite and a vote for most dandy flavor!
