WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:
Yoga Nidra encourages tranquility and relaxation. Coupled with Reiki, the experience becomes one of mind-body balance. The 60-minute practice leaves students feeling soothed and renewed.
WHAT WE DO:
After settling into a comfortable reclined or seated position, our class opens with a guided process of releasing tension. Following a period of stillness, our Reiki providers visit each student, offering energy balancing at the crown of the skull and soles the feet by hovering hands over or gently placing hands on the body. (Before the practice begins, our team will ask students for their preferences.)
Note: Because Reiki energy expands beyond time and space, At-Home students will receive the vibration of Distance Reiki.
