Event is co-hosted by Dr. Devorah Walder, L.Ac, the clinical director of Spectrum Acupuncture & Wellness and by Becki Holt Portis of Prana Pulse Yoga.Bring a yoga mat, blanket & pillow. Bring a friend!  We will lead you in meditation, context for the energetics of this time and a healing sound bath.
