When life comes in strong, fear often rises right alongside it — tightening the breath, bracing the body, pulling us toward push or collapse.
But fear doesn’t have to be an enemy.
It can be a doorway.
In this one-day workshop, we’ll explore how to meet fear with steadiness in our center and softness in our hearts. Through movement, breath, and presence, we’ll practice staying with ourselves when fear surges — learning to listen, to ground, and to let the body show us the way.
Together we’ll move through resilience, release, connection, and the quiet courage of being with what is — even when what is feels tender or unknown.
A day to land.

A day to let fear soften into clarity, and strength rise from within.
