of each month.

Join us on the last Sunday of every month for a sequence of restful, prop-supported poses designed to relax the body. We close our class with a Body Scan to integrate the practice.

IN-PERSON OR ONLINE
REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE ZOOM LINK
* Go to SimonSaysYoga.com and select AT-HOME for online class or IN-STUDIO for in-person class
* You may register for either option until 6:10pm [Eastern/U.S.]
* If attending IN-STUDIO, please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
* If practicing AT-HOME, your Zoom link will be emailed to you on the day of class.
