- **Event Description**: Looking to squeeze in some fitness and yoga during your day? Then try our FREE Core Yoga at the South Coastal Library with Sarah Schaber, RYT-500 certified yoga instructor. This 60 minute all levels yoga class focuses on strengthening the abdomen and lower back while stretching away tension and stress. We will be moving through various positioning (i.e. lying on our backs and abdomen, seated, hands and knees, and standing.) In order to ensure all participants' safety, we do ask that you are able to move and reposition independently.      

Bring a mat or towel, water bottle, blocks if you have them, and yourself.  Ages 18+. 

Registration is encouraged; however, we will also accept walk-ins as space allows on a first come, first serve basis.
