Your practice of yoga nidra--or yoga sleep--will be interwoven with the deep vibrations of a symphonic gong. You will leave the studio feeling blissed out and ready for whatever your night brings.
 
Bring your own mat; some props are available but feel free to bring your own comforts from home (blanket, pillow, eye mask). No prior yoga experience necessary for this all levels class.
 
Price: $30/$25 for Ahimsa members

About our instructor:
A dedicated mother of four, teacher, artist, and lifelong learner, Liz Simbi found solace in yoga after teaching public school for several years. Following the loss of her father, she reconnected with the practice she'd discovered in 2004. Yoga became a sanctuary, helping her manage chronic pain and find peace amidst the demands of motherhood. Finally, in 2017, Liz decided to deepen her practice and embarked on a yoga teacher training journey through Yandara. Since then, she has earned certifications in pre and postnatal yoga, sound bath, yoga nidra, yin, restorative, and kundalini. Liz believes that yoga is for everyone, a powerful tool for transformation and connection to oneself and community.
