Rest, Renew & Restore - Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Our beloved candlelight Restorative yoga practice is back on schedule!
Thursday nights
•630-730pm
Join us in our soothing, warm sacred space.
Be guided to set your intention to surrender into deeply restorative, supported poses. Feel held & warmed as you connect to inner calm & relaxation. Surrounded by soft candlelight and healing music.
Bring your favorite blanket, a pillow for head support, eye pillow & be guided into bliss.

Restorative props available at studio, feel free to bring your own for added warmth & comfort.

Cost is $12, included in Monthly unlimited, Class passes
